This class is a unique blend of movements & stretching designed to help improve your balance, flexibility, and overall mobility.
TRX Mobility+ IN WESTPORT, MASSACHUSETTS
In this unique 30-minute format, we utilize the TRX straps NOT to make things more difficult but rather as a tool to help deepen our stretches and maintain balance. We focus on opening up our chest, shoulders and hips while also stretching our backs to help increase range of motion and relieve lower back pain.
